I see other athletes making the same mistake…
And it’s not their fault.
There simply isn’t much info for athletes out there…
…Especially when it comes to building mass.
Which is why I ran into the same issue when I started coaching athletes.
My athletes would come to me with three months to gain mass…
Which would be easy normally…
But we couldn’t just drop everything and bodybuild…
We also needed to improve their athletic performance.
