And it’s all because I was building muscle in a way that:

❌ Restricted my movement…

❌ Tightened up my muscles.

And when you do this…

You Lose Speed & Explosiveness

I see other athletes making the same mistake…

And it’s not their fault.

There simply isn’t much info for athletes out there…

…Especially when it comes to building mass.

Which is why I ran into the same issue when I started coaching athletes.

My athletes would come to me with three months to gain mass…

Which would be easy normally…

But we couldn’t just drop everything and bodybuild…

We also needed to improve their athletic performance.

So I Had To Find a Way To Help My Athletes Build Muscle Mass In A Way That Would Support Them On The Field

And after digging through study after study…

And digging through mountains of research…

I landed on a method from an Olympic coach named Rolf Fesser.

The method was called German Volume Training (GVT).

And it was helping his athletes pack on mass quickly
…With repeated success.

In fact…

He regularly used GVT to help his athletes go up ENTIRE WEIGHT CLASSES…

…In just 90 days or less.

That means packing on 10-20 lbs of functional mass in just 90 days.

Now, I can’t promise the same results…

In a study found in the U.S. National Library of Medicine…

A group of men followed GVT for six weeks…
